Master Cylinder and Wheel Cylinder Working Animation | Hydraulic Brakes in cars How it works! Automobile

In Master cylinder During Working When brake pedal is pressed, push rod moves toward left side by moving piston against spring force, here pressure built up in compression chamber. and when sufficient pressure built up, check valve open and fluid flows to pipe line. here fluid under pressure enters the inlet port of Wheel cylinders, in wheel cylinder the pressurized fluid forces the pistons to move outward to push the shoe against the drum. this will apply the brake. Similarly when brakes are released, in wheel cylinder the brake shoe retractor spring force brake fluid out of the wheel cylinder by pushing the pistons inward. and in master cylinder due to spring tension piston moves towards right. here fluid in pipeline return slowly inside the compression chamber. This will causes vacuum form in compression chamber. This vacuum is destroyed by entering fluid from reservoir through intake port & holes in piston which deflect rubber cup & enter in compression chamber. when fluid from pipeline fill inside compression chamber completely then excessive fluid automatically goes back to fluid reservoir with the help of bypass port, and it maintains the level of fluid in fluid reservoir.
