Hi every one in today's session we're going to learn about psychometric chart, How To Read Psychrometry Chart (study of air), Problems on Psychrometric chart in Refrigeration & Air conditioning. A psychrometric chart is a graphical representation for understanding relationships between various parameters of supply air and relative humidity of the psychrometric processes of air. A typical chart is shown in video. here air properties on chart such as dry bulb temperature, wet bulb temperature, humidity, dew point, and moisture content, specific enthalpy, specific volume, Dry air & moist air, Saturated air and Various lines are marked on psychometric chart, in that first we'll see dry bulb temp lines these lines are vertical, uniformly spaced lines, which are parallel to vertical axis. next is Wet bulb temperature lines which are inclined straight and non-uniformly spaced lines at any point on saturation curve, here dry bulb and wet bulb temperatures are equal. next is Dew point temp lines which are horizontal straight and uniformly spaced lines. These lines are parallel to Horizontal axis. next is Moisture content lines which also called specific humidity lines and are same as dew point temperature lines. next is Relative humidity curves. These are curved lines show relative humidity from 10% to 100%. Any point of saturation curve shows 100% of relative humidity. next is Volume lines which are inclined lines and are uniformly spaced Lines.

In todays session we learn about drilling machine operations like drilling, reaming, boring, counter sinking, counter boring, spot facing, Tapping operations. so first is drilling operations, in drilling we produce a cylindrical hole inside workpiece. Here, material is removed by rotating edge of cutting tool. And that rotating edge is called a drill. in drilling internal surface of hole is usually rough, and the hole is always bigger than drill size. next is Boring Operation, here we increase the diameter of the hole which was previously produced. Boring operation is done due to machining internal surface of hole which was produced by casting process. Boring operation is done due to correcting roundness of hole and finishing the hole correctly and for making it of required size. The boring tool has only one cutting edge.
